Earth Carbon Foundation provides the following services:
Consulting and advisory
Documentation support
Carbon accounting and emission analysis
Project development
Registry submission and related compliance services
3.2 Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information.
Submit all required documents within the specified timelines.
Comply with the rules and guidelines of registries, verification bodies, or regulatory agencies involved.
3.3 Limitations
Carbon-credit issuance depends on third-party registries and verifiers, not on Earth Carbon Foundation.
We do not guarantee project approval, credit issuance, acceptance, or processing timelines.
Delays caused by registries, auditors, government bodies, or any external agencies are beyond our control.
3.4 Payments
All payments must be completed before project submission or processing.
Fees charged by registries, verifiers, auditors, and other external agencies are strictly non-refundable, as per our cancellation policy.
3.5 Liability
Earth Carbon Foundation shall not be held liable for:
Losses or delays resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or late information provided by the client.
Decisions, delays, or rejections made by external registries or verification bodies.
Changes in national or international carbon-related policies, laws, or market regulations.
