Cancellation and Refund Policy

Earth Carbon Foundation provides professional services in emission reduction, carbon accounting, and carbon-credit project development. Many of these services involve coordination with external registries, verifiers, and partner agencies. Once processing begins, certain costs become non-recoverable.
1.1 Cancellations
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@earthcarbonfoundation.org.
Projects that have already been submitted to any registry, validator, verifier, or partner agency are not eligible for refunds on fees paid to those third parties.
Any work already completed by Earth Carbon Foundation—including analysis, documentation, advisory, reporting, or technical review—is covered under a non-refundable processing fee.
If a portion of your payment has not yet been committed to external agencies or internal processing, that portion may be refundable after review.
1.2 Non-Refundable Components
The following charges are strictly non-refundable:
Fees paid to external registries, validation/verification agencies
Any government, statutory, or third-party charges
Earth Carbon Foundation’s basic processing fee
1.3 Refund Processing
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days after approval.
All refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment.
