Cancellation and Refund Policy

Earth Carbon Foundation provides professional services in emission reduction, carbon accounting, and carbon-credit project development. Many of these services involve coordination with external registries, verifiers, and partner agencies. Once processing begins, certain costs become non-recoverable.

1.1 Cancellations

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@earthcarbonfoundation.org.

  • Projects that have already been submitted to any registry, validator, verifier, or partner agency are not eligible for refunds on fees paid to those third parties.

  • Any work already completed by Earth Carbon Foundation—including analysis, documentation, advisory, reporting, or technical review—is covered under a non-refundable processing fee.

  • If a portion of your payment has not yet been committed to external agencies or internal processing, that portion may be refundable after review.

1.2 Non-Refundable Components

The following charges are strictly non-refundable:

  • Fees paid to external registries, validation/verification agencies

  • Any government, statutory, or third-party charges

  • Earth Carbon Foundation’s basic processing fee

1.3 Refund Processing

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 business days after approval.

  • All refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment.
